iabyia accepts returns of all full-price online-only purchases, and unworn and unwashed merchandise within 14 days of the receipt of your order. All items that are returned for exchange or refund must have their original packaging. The condition of the product must be the same as when we are sent, if not It is not acceptable. Return Shipping Costs The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs. Extra EU customers will be charged €5 for return shipping. Please contact customer service for a return label.
